Inner Mirror Weekend Retreat
A deeply restorative weekend of healing.

*Your $100 deposit is non-refundable. Your first installment is refundable if we’re able fill your spot. The final installment is fully refundable until the day of the retreat.

There are many ways to achieve enhanced states. In this retreat, we utilize breathwork, meditation, focused immersion into nature, entheogenic companions and the simple but powerful act of sharing and witnessing transformation in a supportive community.
+ Fully catered
Enjoy delicious and healthy meals made with organic ingredients all weekend long.
+ Accommodation
We’ll be staying at Willapa retreats in Long Beach, WA. Enjoy 15 private acres with walking trails, an ocean bay, sauna, outdoor tubs and spacious shared areas.
A limited number of shared and private cabins are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We are happy to answer any questions. Once registered, you’ll get access to documents outlining everything you need to know about the retreat, such as what gear to bring, what it means to be respectful in a ceremony, and how to prepare your mind, body and spirit for deep healing.
Energetic exchange
Quarters will be mainly just for sleeping. You will want to be out enjoying the beauty and the wilds of Willapa Bay.

You’ll hear from us within 24 hours to get your lodging preferences. All options are first come first serve.
A 50% installment is due within 5 days of your initial deposit.
The balance of your investment is due by the retreat start date.

The fine print
If you are currently on any antidepressants or anxiety medication, it’s best to talk to your doctor. If it is a viable/safe option for you or choose a non-psychedelic herbal option. We’ll ask about prescription medications and your health history to avoid drug interactions. Please inform us of any medications you are taking, or if you have a history of mental illness. All information provided by you will be kept confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of harm reduction during this retreat.
