• Setting You Up for Success: Finding your sweet spot dose, figuring out your optimal schedule, and keeping track of your progress for the best outcomes.

• Support When You Need It: Need a listening ear or some quick advice? We've got you covered with a supportive community, and one private 1:1 call. Plus, you can message us anytime for support during our time together.

Groups meet via Zoom on Wednesday nights from 7.30-9.00pm PST on from 01/08/25 - 02/12/25 - . The cost of the group is $500 all inclusive. Limited to 8 participants. Please make sure you can attend at least 4 meetings.
