Equinox
Where light and dark meet…
and something new begins.
September 25 - 28, 2026
3 nights | Whidbey Island, WA
Equinox is a space to pause at the threshold…
and listen for what’s ready to shift.
We’re so glad you’re here.
🍂 This retreat is intentionally intimate, with a small group gathering on Whidbey Island.
🍂 Over three nights, we’ll move through a balance of guided sessions, spacious integration, and time in nature, honoring the natural rhythm of light and dark.
🍂 All meals, lodging, and materials are included so you can fully settle in and be held in the experience.
🍂 Six spaces remain. If you’re feeling called, we invite you to reach out or reserve your place.
🍂 Thoughtful preparation and care are part of the container. An intake call is required to confirm your space, even if you’ve worked with us before.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about the return to balance, and to the part of you that already knows.

More information
We’re always happy to answer questions — you don’t have to wait for your intake call or the group zoom. Feel free to reach out at any time.
In May, we’ll share a welcome guide with everything you need to prepare, including a packing list and key details for the weekend.
If you’ve joined us before, we’ll still connect for an intake conversation to understand what’s shifted and how best to support you in this experience.
The fine print
On your intake call, we’ll ask about prescription medications and your health history. Please inform us of any medications you are taking, or if you have a history of mental illness. If you’re currently taking antidepressants or anxiety medication, it’s best to talk to your doctor about whether any of our journey options are a viable/safe option for you. All information provided by you will be kept confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of harm reduction during this retreat.
